Overcoming adrenal fatigue and exhaustion due to stress is a two fold process
Stress is cumulative....it is more than worry, fear, anxiety and always being on the go!
You need to reduce the stress you are placing on your adrenal glands while at the same time nourish the adrenal glands with Adrenal Fuel.
Uncommon stressors that are overlooked are:
- Blood sugar imbalances....are you keeping it stable?
- When blood sugar drops...the adrenals are forced to produce more cortisol and adrenaline.
- Digestive difficulties......do you struggle with bloating, gas, indigestion, etc?
- All that irritation produces inflammation which triggers the adrenal glands to produce additional coritsol.
- Physical stress.......intense exercise triggers additional cortisol and adrenaline.

Continually pushing your adrenals to make more cortisol and adrenaline can eventually deplete and exhaust them.
