10 plus Internal pollution as a result of poor elimination is a major problem that needs to be addressed. Additional fiber, green drinks, and a good detoxification, cleanse program is recommended. A colon cleanse would be recommended to help get the bowels moving. If there is a history of antibiotics, birth control pills, steroid hormones and poor diet…I would recommend a yeast/parasite cleanse.
