A colon cleanse would be recommended to help get the bowels moving. If there is a history of antibiotics, birth control pills, steroid hormones and poor diet…I would recommend a yeast/parasite cleanse.
Do NOT begin a cleanse without first strengthening your adrenals first…this will reduce the negative effects caused by most cleanses. Additional magnesium would help keep the bowels moving.
