Phone Consultation and Testing

If you would like to set-up a phone consultation with Dr. Lopez - there are two options:

1. A 20-minute phone consultation.  Ask any questions you want. If you want help with your diet, workout or personal coaching, let Dr. Len get you started in the right direction.  If you are looking for specific or individualized help I would suggest the one-hour consultation.
   
   




2. The One hour phone consultation includes the 4-page Health Assessment Profile (HAP) that provides your history, clinical symptoms, diet, supplement plan, exercise, stress and lab reports if any.
   
   The one hour consult will be able to provide individualized help. 

o       We will e-mail the HAP for you to fill out and return.  Once we get it back we will set-up a time for the one hour consultation.

Both options require a credit card to secure the appointment.

• (Optional) Perform lab profiles to determine current health status and accurately Identify where the imbalances are: 

 o       Adrenal Stress Profile: measures cortisol, DHEA, blood sugar and immune function…to determine the impact ‘stress’ is having on your health.  Fatigue, weight gain, cravings, hormonal imbalances, indigestion, PMS, hot flashes etc. are associated with stress and cortisol.

o       Neurotransmitter Profile: measures serotonin, dopamine, adrenaline, noradrenaline, GABA, and glutamate to determine chemical imbalances associated with depression, anxiety, mood swings, ADD/ADHD, insomnia, etc…

Lab profiles are in-home tests that are sent directly from the lab and can be performed in the convenience of the home. 

• 20 minute consultations are available, but do not include the HAP.  They are scheduled the same as the HAP (online) and secured with a credit cards.
  

All telephone consults occur on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9:00am and 2:00pm CST.

Cancellation Policy: Phone consultations that are not canceled within 24 hours of appointment time will be charged 50% of consult fee. You may cancel up to 24 hours before the consult and not be charged.
