Anyway, on the subject of sleep, i do suffer from mild to moderate adrenal fatigue and consequently tend to wake up 3-4 times a night. Falling asleep is not an issue but staying asleep is. I have tried taking a small snack (peanut butter, oat biscuit) before going to sleep but doesnt really make much difference. I am not anxious or stressed about anything at all so thats not the issue. I have no other health issues. From time to time, i take mirtazapine to help me sleep - excellent product which got me off zopiclone (or Ambien its name in the USA) but i try not to take it every night because a) these products tend to make one put on weight and b) i simply dont want to get addicted to any prescription pill....is there a protocol that u would suggest for me ? i am sure this staying asleep issue u have heard many a time and must have some solution for it. I dont think a consultation will help as a) i live in the UK and b) your products cannot yet be shipped to the UK( This is an issue (i.e. selling your products to UK) i have raised before...) and c) my health is not very complicated apart what i have mentioned above.

Monty,

The fact that you wake up several times a night tells me it is a possible adrenal problem along with a blood sugar problem. the fact that you say you have moderate adrenal fatigue and that you have tried eating something at night...and it doesn't help, takes away all the obvious answers...which means I need more information, more history, more of what is going on...what are you eating, digesting, absorbing, etc...to be able to specifically help you...which means you may want to setup a consulation to get more specific information for your specific ailment...otherwise it is mostly general information...and it sounds like you've tried that with little success.

as far as being overseas, I have setup consultation, but it is up to the overseas caller to call at the appropriate time. Let us know if we can help you, but there has to be something else going on that is waking you up and it could be something as simple as too much water/liguid late in the day or something that may not jump out to the average person.

Hope that helps,

Dr. Len
