I had my left adrenal gland removed in april of 2008 due to pheo. I am now battling severe heart palps, insomnia, EXTREME SLEEPINESS during the afternoon usually after i eat lunch. I have had some high sugar levels from time to time and I have swollen lymph glands in my neck that are reacurring every month or so. I am on heart meds since I had the surgery because my heart has never recovered from the affects of a severly high heart rate all the time. My bp is very good but accassionly it is low. I feel as if I dont have the energy to due the things I once could do. I feel like something just isnt right. I shouldn't have to stop to take a nap everyday because I feel I can't make it unless I do. Is it possible that my one adrenal gland needs some help?

Greeneyedgirl,

It definitely could be your adrenal glands...remember we weren't designed to be removing these body parts, so I would assume that your adrenal gland...isn't working as well as it should. You might want to have your Cortisol and Dhea levels tested and you can do that through our website...but don't forget the other possible things that you could be doing that could be working against you such as....Digestive issues? Blood Sugar Imbalances? Elimination/Detoxification? etc....than lets talk about our you getting enough sleep, exercise, sunshine, etc...

Let me know if I can help you...
