Hi yet again. I appreciate all of the knowledge you have been sharing, with myself and others. I am back to taking the NeuroCalm and NutraVite as I have 1 bottle left of each. I used up all of my Adrenal Fuel. I cannot financially afford to be taking all 3 products so I'm interested to know if there is any overlap. If I can only go with 2 of the 3 products, I'm thinking of going with the Adrenal Fuel and NeuroCalm as soon as my NutraVite runs out (I think adrenal fatigue is my biggest problem). Will I be missing any important nutrients without the NutraVita? Or, will I be pretty well covered with the other 2? I eat a healty diet with lots of whole grains, fruits, dairy, eggs and some veggies but I am lacto-ovo vegetarian and I am going through menopause. Thanks so much and God bless you, Dr. Len.

Hi. That sounds good, I'll go that route. As a vegetarian, would you also recommend I try some sublingual B vitamins? If so, what brand do you recommend (I've been seeing alot of advertising from James and Betty Robison lately for some kind of B vitamins; as they're Christians I tend to want to believe what they're saying). Thanks.

Bria, I do like the sublingual b vitamins. I like the ones that come with some B-12, folic acid and B-6. As far as the Robinson's, I can't say as to whether or not there is good, although I always try and remember to follow a piece of advice that says, "you don't ask a poor man how to make money....you don't ask an overweight person how to lose weight....so don't ask a doctor or preacher or plumber or friend who has never used supplements and diet to help others become healthy to recommend what someone should or shouldn't take. Again, I don't know the Robinson, nor do i know Dr. Phil, but when someone outside of their expertise gives advice....remember who you are getting it from and where their expertise lies. Dr. Len

There are a couple of different one's I use/like, but I doubt if you will find them on the retail stores. I use mostly "professional" line products that are specifically manufactured for the doctors. If you can't find one at your local health food store, let us know and we can ship you the one's I give my patients. Dr. Len
